Compliance Officer (Olympia, WA)
Compliance Officer needed for established financial advisor supervisory practice. If you’re not someone who prioritizes compliance and accuracy, that’s okay—but this is probably NOT the job for you.

Organization and focus are important for this position and need to be executed on a daily basis. You must be able to clearly express yourself with warmth and professionalism, verbally and in writing, and must present professional decorum when working with clients. Job responsibilities include examining all aspects of a financial advisor’s business from a compliance perspective. This includes daily review and approval of trades and paperwork for suitability and accuracy. This position also includes some field work, and interacting directly with advisors. One of the challenges of this position is keeping up with volume while treating each task carefully, and treating people with patience and respect. Our business dynamics demand a wide and varied scope of abilities. We oversee individual practices, financial institutions, RIAs, retirement planners and more.

Close attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential skill for this position. In addition, the successful candidate must have Series 7, Series 63 (or Series 66), and Series 24 Licenses. Prior experience with LPL Financial and knowledge of RIA compliance.

Licensed Financial Advisor Assistant (Olympia, WA)
Licensed Office Assistant needed for an established and growing Financial Advisor practice. The candidate must be Series 7 licensed and preferably will hold life and health insurance licenses. Ability to travel is required.

The person in this role will need great attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills which are all essential for our industry. In addition, the successful candidate must express themselves effectively, both in writing and verbally, and present a professional demeanor when working with clients. The candidate should have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with client relationship management systems and financial planning software will be an advantage.

The candidate must show initiative in keeping apprised of new procedures, policies, resources and the financial industry in general. Although the candidate will receive hands-on training, a proactive and enthusiastic attitude will be essential.

Responsibilities will include new office set up, including training new assistants and advisors through the transition process. Business development, referral generation, marketing, seminar preparation and maintaining our client service schedule in addition to operational support may also be part of this role is.

Operations Associate (Olympia, WA)
We are a growing financial services company with a need for a professional who prioritizes accuracy, reliability and speed in daily tasks.

This full-time position involves electronically filing paperwork in our document storage system, checking the completeness and quality of paperwork, and performing quick and accurate data entry. A candidate must be able to continue working efficiently while keeping up with a large volume of incoming paperwork.

A successful candidate must have exceptional keyboarding skills (70 wpm) and must be able to focus on minute details while performing repeatedly routine tasks. It is essential that a candidate for this position is able to maintain an extremely minimal error margin while checking, handling and filing paperwork.

The person in this role will need great attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills; which are all essential for our industry. In addition, the successful candidate must express themselves effectively, both in writing and verbally, and present a professional demeanor when working with clients. The candidate should have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and all of the Microsoft office suite. Experience with client relationship management systems and financial planning software will be an advantage.

Investment Assistant (Bellevue, WA)
Financial planning and investment management firm seeks someone with strong organization, data analysis and data management skills. Ideal candidate would have an ability to summarize data into meaningful reports, process investment buys & sells across multiple accounts, use technology to efficiently gather, process and report data, and communicate effectively with client service focused advisors. Candidate must have a strong desire to learn and adapt current technologies to provide efficient and high value services to wealthy clients. A working knowledge of finance and investment portfolio analysis skills would be a great asset. Other attractive skill sets include strong MS Excel skills, Series 7 and/or 66 licenses, knowledge of LPL systems and a service first attitude.
